So on this post I am going to review the fabulous Hannah Maggs!
I  discovered Hannah this week and I watched a couple of her videos, she is brilliant! I am currently loving Grayson! He is such a cute little baby boy and has such a cute little giggle! So back to Hannah, I just love the way Stefan and her edit the video's! I definitely think she deserves way more subscribers! She is just such a sweet person and Stefan too. I think baby Gryson should get a thumbs up! lease go check her account out!

Zoe is my favourite Vlogger, Youtuber, Blogger Girl ever! I wish I looked, acted and was just like her! I wanna walk like her, talk like her I don't know the rest of the words! I have watched nearly everyone of her video's, read nearly all her blog posts, and started a fanpage for her! I just love her all together and hope my dream comes true! In the meantime, a little bit of help from you guys wouldn't hurt?!

The clue is in the blog name. Unicorn... F.E.R.R.E.T.S! They are the cutest things and the best thing is my nose is often blocked up and I won't have to smell it!

Cinderella

So my next drama show is Cinderella and I was wondering if anyone had any characters  that you know of that are female and could be played by a kinda tall 13 year old? Day 1
Who I am and why I blog
As you already know I'm Katy. I'm a 13 year old girl from Scotland. I started to blog because my teacher always says to me to read more article's and blogs, so I figured, why not make my own blog! It helps my literacy so why not! I love blogging and as you might of noticed... I kinda 'over-blog'! I started this challenge to try and cut it down a bit and do maybe one post one day and two posts the other.

Dyslexia

Dyslexia is something I hate. I don't hate people with dyslexia, I just hate it. One of my friends have it and sometimes it's quite hard to watch her getting criticized by our teacher, so I am going to do this dyslexia post to help those without it to help those with it.

The definition of dyslexia is-
 Any of various reading disorders associated with impairment of the ability to interpret spatial relationships or to integrate auditory and visual information.

Dyslexia is basically the fact that your brain isn't properly learning about things written down. It's nothing to do with the way your taught, but the way your brain responds to it. Like, a simple word like "mean" would be difficult to read because in their head, they don't see letters like us, they may see them backwards or even upside down which takes the brain longer to process.

Sometimes dyslexia affects speech, I know two people with dyslexia and one of them always stutters  before talking and the other can't pronounce certain words properly. Like, instead of saying out, she would say "a-oot" and she sounds like she's saying it in a Geordie accent even though she's Scottish.

I also know another girl who has it and tries to cover it up, like she actually says she doesn't have it. We all know she does because the teacher has her in the dyslexia group, but we don't mind. None of the girls bother about things like that. Although we can't stop the boys from being boys.

What Not to Do When...Studying

Studying

 Don't Procrastinate

 Concentrate. See your phone? Is it ringing? Beeping? Put it downstairs and lock yourself in your bedroom. Is your xbox in your room? It doesn't exist during study time. Got netflix? Don't you dare turn it on! Delete any addictive apps to prevent you from having an urge to play it.

 

Don't ''Over-Nap"

Yes, when you study it is always a good idea to nap before hand, but when I started napping before studying I often slept too long and just slept without thinking of a limit. What to do is, set an alarm to go off in 10-20 minutes.  It's long enough to give you a boost but not so long that you don't even have time to study.

Don't Drink

Do not drink while studying. I’ve seen girls post pictures with “studying and drinking wine with the girls hehe”. Don't do it. When you drink it prevents you from getting REM sleep, which is the time when your brain stores memories and things you learned from that day. Basically, if you drink while studying, your chances of remembering the material are slim.

Don't Do Chores You Don't Have to Do
Do not distract yourself with unnecessary chores or tasks. I painted my nails. Don’t do that. It isn’t worth the time. Wait and reward yourself after your exams with a manicure or pedicure. And unless you’re considering wearing dirty underwear, I think it’s okay to put off the laundry one more day.

 

Don't Eat to Pass the Time

Don't eat every five minutes. Give your self  half an hour break once you think you have covered a big percent of the work.

 

Don't Take Long Breaks

 Take a walk, call a friend or get a quick workout, by all means, just make sure you can get back to studying in a timely manner.

Introducing yourself

Don't but in, let them talk.

You'll have your time to say who you are and what you like, just let them have their turn and let it go on for as long as they want. If it's dragging on a bit just simply tell them without being rude, "I have to go, I'll meet you at..." and when you meet up make it your turn to speak, then hopefully it will turn into a conversation.

Don't brag.

OK, we get it. your auntie is Selena Gomez's best friend. You met Justin Beiber and he said you were pretty. Big Whoop! You've got to get over yourself and have a conversation without making the other person feel different and left out, they won't think of you as a nice person if you do.

Don't laugh at the other person.

So what if they live in a cottage in a field? So what if they are allergic to this sun? So what if their blog only has 3 followers? That's 3 more than me! The other person isn't a puppet and has feelings as well. Say you have eczema, would you like some one laughing and saying your weird? Exactly.

Don't go and stalk them.

Yes, add them on Facebook,  Twitter,  Google + and Instagram, but don't look through every photo and comment your opinion. If they post a pic you don't like, or don't think is appropriate, then by all means, report it, but if it's a photo of her and her besto then don't go all jealous and comment things like:

"Liar! You said I was your bestie?!" Because you won't be after that.

Don't worry.

Don't be scared to say hello. Their probably as shy as you and if you say hello to them it will make them please and happy you chose to talk to them not the super pretty popular girl.

SUPRISE!

Hey,
So basically, me, my mum, dad, auntie, uncle's girlfriend  and my uncle are throwing a surprise party for my Granny and Granada's ruby wedding anniversary! I am scheduling this post to just before it starts, just in case they decide to read my blog before they leave! So tomorrow I will hopefully be posting some pictures!

I have to leave early to decorate the hall, and guess what! I'm on balloon duty! Anyone who knows me knows that I can be a fool with balloons! But anyway, I can't wait!

We've been planning this for ages. All the family are finding it hard when their about. The other day, she said to me, "I'll see you on Tuesday!" and I was so close to saying what about the party on Saturday! I'm so glad I didn't though and it will be great fun.

I've never been to a suprise party... or a proper party either to be honest! I'm really looking forward to it and I hope it all goes well.

Anyway I'm away to get some pizza, Bye!

Last day of being a child

Hey Pancake's,
So something exciting happened to me on wednesday! I became a first year (freshman or whatever you call it)! I had my last year at Primary School (or middle school or whatever English people call it!) and I loved it!

  On my last day we watched Pitch Perfect and it was great fun! The teacher wasn't very pleased by it though! At the end of the day we all run out of school and get sprayed by silly string, shaving foam and water balloons! I ended up having three showers and I still was sticky and covered in foam! 

I loved my seven years at primary and I'm going to use this post to show it. I want to say thank you to all my teachers and head teachers, to LK, my favourite teacher! When ever I was upset, Mrs K  you where always there, when I had a sore head you helped me, you will always be there for me, and I just want to make it up to you by saying thanks x

I never cried on my last day, but I think I might cry now! 

I just remembered very important teacher I missed out, Mrs B for being my headmistress from P1-P5. You were ten times better than our new one. I hope you will come visit us in high school, thank you so much xxx

Movie review!- Sleepover
